Growing in Grace as a Leader

Is your church and worship team a place of encouragement and refreshment? Or is it a place of criticism, irritation, jealousy, gossip, and selfish ambition? It is not sufficient to sing a message of grace; we must also strive to create a culture of grace with our lives. Leaders bear unique responsibility to set an example in seeing and celebrating God’s activity in others.
